We're new renters with JMZ and very impressed. With a lifetime of renting I've been with many companies with many experiences ranging all the way from nightmare to blissful, and JMZ is right up there at the top of the spectrum. All the staff have been prompt, polite and professional. The process and paperwork streamlined and near painless. Lawrence went above and beyond to ensure that as well. Rental shopping is usually about the least enjoyable experience, but he made it the opposite. He was very patient, polite and accommodating with my wife and in my opinion proved a prime example of good leadership / management.

Mrs. Rachel was super informative and helpful. She answered all my questions with ease, and the phone call was overall pleasant. I like how I was told upfront all the costs, without being forced to come in for a tour to know all the fees required for moving in.

JMZ Management has done an excellent job managing my rental property. They found quality tenants quickly, handle maintenance without hassle, and keep me in the loop with everything. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.
