Where it wasn’t an army of people with different “roles”. Want to discuss upgrades? You have to talk to so and so. Rent collection, someone else. Ben and Becky are my one stop shop. If I have questions about anything we can discuss it. They do a fantastic job with the tenants. Magically after I switched, my tenant turnover rate went way down. Highly recommend!
