We hired Northern Michigan Property Management to open/close our property last fall and this spring there were numerous problems including broken plumbing fixtures. They had to call me repeatedly as they couldn't remember where the well head was, etc. While Carter was polite and initially responsive, when we asked for a bid to do some log repair to our home, he came in over $100,000 above every other bid and when we asked him for more details on the bid (scale, etc.) he fired us as clients. Now scrambling to find a replacement for opening/closing. He promised many services, but in the end, delivered on none of them. Would not recommend this company.

Not enough stars to indicate the professionalism we experienced with NM Property Mgt. Carter and his crew are honest, polite, incredibly hard working, knowledgeable, neat, punctual, and their craftsmanship top notch. If I could sing their praises from my porch I would, but I’m not a vocal talent let’s say, so I’ll give them.a TEN out of a 5 here. I plan on having them back several times for some big projects.

Carter from NMPM is great to work with. He will treat you and your home with the love and the respect it deserves. He is well organized and does his best to meet the needs of his clients and make magic happen! You won’t be disappointed.
