The technician only spent 45 minutes on inspection (confirmed with camera footage, and half of that time was just small talk), yet they tried to bill me for 1.5 hours of labor. When I questioned this, they said the extra time was for 'driving.' I even accepted their $2300 repair offer, but it was clear their priority was money, not finding solutions. They used to be better two years ago, but now I would strongly recommend thinking twice before hiring them."
