JQ's BFit2 24hr Gym and Fitness

I was in KC for a business trip and looking for a 24 hour gym near where we stayed. JQ's BFit2 was perfect, they have so much flexibility in memberships offered. Gym was very clean, great variety of equipment, and would make anyone feel comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Gary, on my last day (and seeing his pups!) and he was very nice. He made sure to say hi to me and thank me for visiting. Overall, an incredibly positive experience. If I come back to KC I will absolutely use them again.

I was looking for a local gym that had a range of equipment and had flexible hours. Well, this is it! The gym has an array of aerobic machines, lots of free weights and nearly every item to stretch and lift-including boxing bags! I will come here every time I’m in town-oh, and say hello to Gary, who along with his wife, run a clean and convenient business! JQ Bfit is perfect for anyone looking to stay fit and it is especially equipped to handle any movement disorder issues. Just go and take a look!

Great gym! Came here while visiting KC for a few weeks, super convenient - easy access any time through the app, all the equipment you can want. Can do day passes, short or long-term memberships, very flexible. Owner was helpful and responsive getting me set up.
