Thomas HowardI'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. I've been a customer for a few years now and I always take my (current) bike here. I liked them so much, I actually bought my current bike from them. I had taken my previous bikes to other "well-known" stores in Seattle and something was always off or wasn't quite fixed. The Mello guys always fix my bike, the tunes are the best I've ever had and my bike runs better like a clock afterwards. Where other bike stores in Downtown have closed, these guys have thrived, expanded and moved into a bigger space. Ryan is stellar at his job and their customer service is outstanding. I think the fact other stores have come and gone and these guys are thriving speaks volumes about them. I know my experiences have been nothing short of 10/10.

Kimberly ParkThis place is not cheap, but they offer high quality repairs. I’ve had repairs done here twice. Today, Andy replaced the rear tire on my bike. I’m happy with the result because I can ride faster than before. Until today, I wasn’t sure why I couldn’t ride as fast as others in the city. Jon took care of the rear rack installation last time. Both Andy and Jon are great staff members and very friendly. I love their location.
