Juice Salon

This is about my juice experience at the kemps corner location on December 21, 2024. I had an appointment for my gel nails extension with gel polish and toe gel polish. After I was assigned an artist she recommended that I have to do manicure pedicure before my gel polishes as there was a lot of dead skin buildup. I had no plans of doing that as I was short on time but she said it will only take 10 mins to do, which seemed fishy as I don’t know what kind of manicure pedicure is done in 10 mins but I agreed as she said that the gel polish will not look nice if we don’t remove the dead skin which can only happen with manicure. But as they were doing my manicure, turns out that their water heater was not functioning and my mani pedi was done with room temperature water. I have never seen cuticles softening or skin becoming softer with just room temperature water. Normal mani pedi has steps of cleansing, scrubbing, massage, moisturizer application, cleaning, filing of nails but the whole process here was different. The nail artist only dipped my hands in room temperature water, filed my hand nails and removed dead skin. Even with the feet, i was assigned some random guy who dipped my feet in water, cut and filed my nails and as I complained later came to apply cream and massaged it for barely a minute. I have never experienced this bad of a mani pedi session. Not at all relaxing. Do not recommend. But I was charged full price for this less than half hearted service. Coming on my gel nail extensions, I was constantly telling the artist that the shape is uneven, not all lengths are the same, there are big bumps on my nails, the extensions are so fat and thick, the nail hasn’t been stuck properly as it sticks to my skin and now is hurting while doing any activity. Even the polish application is so bad that there are some bald patches at places. I dis a basic French tip, but even the tip is left uneven from the edges, doesn’t go all the way to the edge of the nail. When I kept complaining, the artist kept on saying one thing that my bail bed is smaller and not the same on both hands and hence the problem, but I have never had a problem earlier when i’ve done it from other places. It was always been smooth and even. My feet polish was being done by not a nail artists but the guy who gives massages, and the polish he put was so horrible. Had I not complained 3-4 times about how horribly he was putting my polish they would have let him only do my feet gel polish which were also french tips. Cannot imagine that something like doing french tips was being assigned to not a nail artists but the guy who gives foot massages. Overall, a horrible experience! I understand that during the wedding season it may get busy but do not take appointments that you cannot. In my case I was asked too much to do mani pedi even when they did not have facilities to do that. Plus the nail artists are horrible and not experienced at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Absolutely not worth it. Can’t blend a simple fade and has no attention to detail. Charged 1500 bucks and had to specifically ask them before leaving if they do hair wash or not which is supposed to be included otherwise. Atleast deliver what needs to be. Avoid this place and better to pay 2000 and go to true fit and hill which is just next door to it. True fit and hill is better ambience and much much better skill for haircuts. Go there right next to juice.

My first haircut at Juice Salon went well. Art Director Mukesh has done a fabulous job! Butterfly haircut came out to be great, he listened very patiently and understood my request to keep the hair length long, just like I wanted. Thank you Juice Salon for the makeover :)
