The locksmith arrived 30 minutes late, and we were charged £209 to open the front door. During the initial call, we were quoted £85, only to later be told that the price starts from £85. This final amount is significantly higher than the prices we found through a quick Google search. Perhaps this is just an industry lacking transparency.

The team at junction response are brilliant! We were locked out of our flat out of hours in the evening. Our initial contact was with Jay, he was very helpful and understanding when we were rather frustrated at the situation. His colleague Ali attended with the time frame Jay had said. He was very efficient and courteous on site. We were able to get access to the property with minimal to no damage! A very very good service. Thanks for helping us. I couldn’t recommend them higher.
