I am really disappointed with the poor behavior from the reception staff they were very rude . But in February 2025 the staff are changed now the new reception staff are too kind and polite

I found that when I arrived I had an appointment at 9:30 am and went in at 9:41 can’t fault the wait time although to get an appointment had to wait outside the gps at exactly 8am to get a same day appointment because when I called up 5 days in a row on the dot of 8 I kept getting the same message “we’re experiencing a high number of calls try again later” then it cuts off and no matter how many times I kept trying none of the calls go through but when I saw the doctor he was lovely and incredibly helpful and listened to me perfect.
