Normally it will cost you an annual fee to get this kind of service from elsewhere so don't get misled here. After doing due diligence it would be better off doing some research and doing it yourself. As per the registered agent I think you can think of somewhere you can be reached via mail. I seen some use UPS mailbox which offers a Hawaii street address instead of a PO Box which disallowed but that will cost you $240 a year. Bottom line is read carefully what you are signing up for and various fees for additional services. Their final cost doesn't include the state's filing fees, as well. It seems it's a game of phone tag with them. They do return your call but if you miss the call you must replay the phone tag game.
