TLDR - AVOID AT ALL COSTS She barely speaks English, impossible to understand completely while communicating and misunderstands basic instructions. She also is clueless about basic tax laws and processes, to the point of egregious negligence -- You do not want your taxes in the hands of this person. Her attitude is incredibly bad as well. We hired her to do our annual tax return. On the day before the tax deadline, with incomplete work and revisions needed due to her own negligence, incompetence and lack of understanding of tax laws, she asked us to pay for incorrect, unfinished work with no guarantee that she'd continue after payment. Due to her negligence, incompetence, and malicious behavior our company missed the tax deadline, lost company credit, wasted hours, and had to spend additional costs paying another CPA to redo the whole thing. She and her lawyer husband have been harassing us ever since, most recently filing a bogus court claim. We will be countersuing her for damages and will ensure this never happens to any other person who unfortunately becomes her client. This person should have their CPA license revoked.
