This place is a hot mess! We had been responding to them through email and phone and we sent them everything they were asking to finalize the sale of our house. They said everything was fine until we showed up to sign the documents and they charged us for items that were clearly to be payed by Brookfield. When we pointed that out, they said that the buyer was military and they had their items payed but they didn't know we were also military, even though my realtor and I clearly indicated we were military and I provided my military ID from the start. So now we have to claim this so we're asking for the finial documents and they said they already mailed them to our address in Montreal, but we don't live in Montreal! So they sent my important legal document to some random place in MONTREAL!!!! Avoid at all costs!

Used their services for selling my house in late 2019. They were courteous and responsive, but made several errors during the selling process that caused some stress for me. (These errors were eventually sorted out, but I wouldn't call it the smoothest experience.)

Ann Marie Caouette-extremely rude over the phone, would not explain any docs in detail. Whats the point of paying so much. She was nicer in person, then rude again over text. Made a stressful time more stressful. The receptionists were always very nice. The work was clean.
