I had an appointment for today. I waited over one hour and no one even cared and checked on me. At the beginning I told them that I have only 90 minutes (whole procedure shouldn’t take longer than 30) and they are always super slow and I sit there 2-3 hours. After one hour someone informed me that my dentist should take care of me in another 15 minutes (it makes 75 minutes waiting total and I would have to wait another 30 for shot to kick), because someone had emergency during MY TIME. IDGAF - this is why ER is for. I had an appointment, also emergency and they wouldn’t even bother themselves to let me know that dentist couldn’t help me because he is with another patient. All they do is hunting money from insurance and recommend million things they are not helpful and not necessary, because they want to milk insurance. Thanks. Never ever more. Super disrespectful.
