This dentist office is AMAZING! I will recommend this place to everyone I know!! I recently had a crown pop off (my old dentist did it) and when I called my old dentist office, they were not the nicest to me. They didn’t want to tell me how much it would be to exam/put it back on (I don’t have insurance and am paying cash). The vibes were off and they have been off there for awhile. My WHOLE family has been going to that dentist for years and they all slowly started to come to affordable dental. Now that I have a tooth emergency, I wanted to reach out to the new dentist my family had decided to go to. They were super nice on the phone and told me upfront about the price (i really appreciated that). They got me in so fast, like 2 days after I called. When I got there, the energy was so welcoming and they took the time to cement my crown back on THAT DAY!! (Even though I was only scheduled for a tooth exam). This is my new dentist and I can’t wait to come back for my cleaning! 😊😊😊

When you first walk in you’re greeted by the awesome receptionist, Nicky. She was kind and easy going which made the nerves calm down. As a new patient, I’m happy I found this dentist office- they will not rush you, they will explain everything in detail and not sound condescending. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to many other offices. I’ve found my dentist for LIFE!

look no further. I love this office and everyone who saw me. I have never met such nice oeople in one office. I was scared going in because i had horrible abusive situations with other dentist offices. One had a roach on the wall, the doctor was disgusting. Next one was shady. I was treated with no respect and was shoved around and my calls were ignored. They said they sent a pre authorization. Almost after 8 months i still heard nothing. Insurance said they never got the request. I left. Turns out that office was shut down. Next doc couldnt help me and i lost all hope. Then i found Affordable Dental. I thought they would be the same. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!!!! I walked in and greeted with smiles and positive atmosphere. The woman at the front dest. Nikki. Was amazing. She helped me with a mixup with the other dentist and worked very hard to find out the truth to fix it. Turns out the other dentist that i had a serious billing issue used to be a piece of their franchise. They are no longer open. This office is nothing like the other one. Nikki worked hard with research phone calls to get it resolved. She explained everything to me. Then i went to the back. The dental assistant was so nice. She explained everything, and listened to my concerns. Then i met Dr. Don Tiburcio. I was so impressed. He talked to me and listened and said he will help me. He was polite, soft spoken and cares about his patients. Full of smiles and spends the time you need with you and doesnt make you feel rushed. Then Nikki came in the back to tell me an issue with my insurance. She went back up to call them again. My daughter told me thst Nikki was making calls and really working hard to get answers and she did. She came back and told me it was all good. I have never seen anyone work that efficiently and determined to get the answers before i left. She made my experience very happy and content. I came in scared of being shoved around again but i was treated like i was a person who mattered and i left smiling looking forwsrd to my next appointment. Who can say that about a dentist appointment. So look no further, you will not find another dentist office that will make your visit relaxing. I will recommend this office to everyone i know here and will always know I do matter thanks to these wonderful, hsrd working staff. Love love, thank you.
