JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi

I first stayed here with my sisters shortly after my mother’s passing, and during that difficult time, a manager named Simon went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. His kindness made a lasting impression. The service from the entire team was exceptional.||I returned again shortly after and received the same outstanding service. Being a titanium elite member I was upgraded and the room was exceptional. ||Now a year later, I came back and stayed with my father, who uses a wheelchair. The staff made every effort to ensure his comfort and ease. Both he and his caregiver were well accommodated without any challenges.||The welcome and reception exceeded expectations. Special thanks to Ruth, who consistently checked on my father’s wellbeing and followed up on our stay with genuine care. ||Everyone, from the front desk team and the Maasai at the entrance to the restaurant staff was truly top-notch. ||Ruth and Simon are a great asset to this hotel.||The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The spa and pool are standout features. I have stayed in both a suite and standard room. And both ooze comfort and luxury. ||JW is an exceptional hotel in every way. Highly recommended. You’ll keep coming back.

I only stayed at JW Marriott Nairobi for one day, but it was more than enough to make a great impression. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made everything feel easy and comfortable.The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well kept. My room was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, with a lovely view of the city. It felt like the perfect place to relax, even with such a short stay.I also really enjoyed the food — everything I tried was fresh and well prepared, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d happily stay there again, even if just for a quick visit.
