Communication was excellent from the first enquiry to completion of the job—always clear, prompt and professional. Julian was friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy throughout. I had a tricky front door lock assessed then replaced, kitchen door handles replaced and a bathroom door knobs looked at. Excellenr Service from start/ booking to prompt arrival and efficient completion of works. Julian was straightforward, efficient, reasonably priced and clearly knew what he was talking about! I will be recommending him to friends and will certainly come back to him for more jobs as and when needed.
