Ordered from Amazon 3 does refrigerator. This guys yesterday deliver to my store. I told then leave it meat front door. They told me no. And leaved it on the back near neighbor unit. You can see on this foto that they leaved all papers outside. And this fridge still stay there. Not recommended

Unfortunately, my experience with this service was extremely negative. First of all, the level of customer care does not meet any standards. The staff seemed completely uninterested in solving my issues, acting rude and careless. It felt as if the customer did not matter to them at all. Additionally, the waiting time was unreasonably long, and when the service was finally provided, it was done poorly, with mistakes and without proper attention to detail. Instead of fixing the problems, they simply ignored me. I rarely leave such harsh reviews, but in this case, I feel it is necessary to warn others: this service is highly unreliable and unprofessional. This transport company in Edmonton provides terrible service. The drivers are unreliable, careless, and often dishonest — they even lie to Amazon by marking deliveries as completed when they haven’t been done properly. Customers deserve honesty, not excuses. The problem doesn’t stop there. The dispatchers are extremely disrespectful and have no idea how to communicate with clients. Instead of helping, they speak rudely and show zero professionalism. Between the unhelpful drivers and the rude dispatch staff, this company is a complete disappointment. Amazon and customers deserve far better service than this. I would not recommend them to anyone until they fix their behavior and take accountability.

Completely Unacceptable Service! Reckless Delivery Endangers High-Value Item! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the delivery service provided by Landwide Transport for my large-sized Amazon order (a refrigerator). The delivery service was entirely unacceptable and ignored explicit instructions. Today the delivery driver arrived with my large item. We immediately requested that the refrigerator be placed at the front entrance of the house due to the size of the packaging. Instead of following this reasonable request, the driver intentionally left the bulky item at the back entrance. When confronted and asked to move the package to the front door, the driver was dismissive and stated, "It's not my problem." As a direct result of the driver’s unprofessional decision, the refrigerator does not fit through the back door and is currently sitting exposed outside. The high-value item will be left on the street overnight, exposing it to a significant and unacceptable risk of theft or damage due to weather and public access. This is a complete failure of service. Landwide Transport employees must be held accountable for professional, safe delivery practices. Leaving an expensive appliance exposed on public property is reckless and demonstrates a shocking disregard for the customer's property and security. I strongly advise other customers to exercise caution when dealing with this carrier. I require an immediate resolution to get this item secured indoors if he lives until morning.
