Being a regular client at K Prive for over 5 years now, it’s extremely disappointing that clients and their timings are not at all respected. The ask is simple: respect timings. In a service industry, that’s all that matters. For a 7 pm appointment, I should be taken at 7 pm, if I’ve made the effort to always be on time. The reception desk, Ravi especially, needs to plan better and understand people are not sitting idle, and they have somewhere to be. Also, this is after taking a ‘package’ at the salon - the bare minimum you expect is good customer and timely service. The services however, are great but if punctuality is not taken care of, it’s off putting. Hoping this doesn’t happen again. P.S: On the reception desk, ask for Poonam/Krupa, they’re organized in taking appointments and always help out.

I visited K Priye salon and all the treatments and services were totally excellent. I visit this salon when I travel to Mumbai from the U.S.. The facial that Lakshmi performed was great for skin cleanup, hydration and glow. Kalpana did a great job with my conditioning hair treatment. Both gave great massages and were very friendly and experts in their field. Shakti and Vasu were awesome with my pedicure and manicure paying extra attention to my areas of concern- they were also very friendly and gave great massages. I'm very happy with this salon and staff and would recommend it to anyone.

I highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants a makeover. The stylists patiently guide you and provide you with great service with splendid results. Their hair treatment ie botox is very good and the hair colour we chose gave my hair new life. Azher is soft spoken and patient and a thorough professional. The Manicure and Pedicure done by Vasu was relaxing and very well done. Overall management, hygiene and hospitality is really wonderful. They're a friendly bunch who provide amazing professional services. Do check it out.

This salon is good. Ambiance is good. Service is excellent, staff is nice. I feel product they are using is really v. Good. Food therapy what I did their is very good Service given by them. One more point is if you are using there services by again then can take membership for one year is good. Must visit
