All staff was respectful and patient. Irina, my provider, was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was upset that I came initially but it was worth it! I now feel like I can better control my inflammation. The only room for improvement was the hold time for phone nursing consultation: I was on hold for about 10 minutes and then had to rush over for an appointment.

The lady said greet you when you come in and check in for an appointment they totally set the tone and they are wonderful. I can’t say great things about them. Thank you for having them there. Always has a up beat Attitude and always have a smile to share they make you feel welcome.

The facility is pleasant and efficient. I love my doctor: she listens well and clearly cares. I’ve been with Kaiser for my entire 30+ year adult life (minus a few years here and there when jobs had other coverage). I have always been very satisfied with their service and system (other than not living high premiums but that’s probably the same everywhere). Their employees always impress with their kindness and care.

They handled everything quickly and with a smile, making sure all my information was accurate and answering any questions I had with patience and clarity. It really set the tone for the rest of my visit. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the medical staff, made me feel valued and well taken care of.
