I need to speak to somebody about a bracelet that has pieces falling out. The pieces are also plastic which should be noted... Everytime i call im being sent to voicemail. Who can I speak to ASAP? Please let me know of a working phone number. I'm unimpressed by the quality of the jewellery and the unavailability of any staff to speak to over a phone.

Do not trust this place. I went to the store a couple days prior asking for the price of silver grillz, the owner told me she could do 6 teeth for $250. This price sounded like a steal. I came in Saturday, Sunday, and Monday but the store was closed, now today when i came back she told me she lied about the price. She accused me of working for another jewellery store in the area trying to get “insider information”. Once i finally explained that I needed it for an event she tried to sell me 5 teeth for $650 when originally she said 6 teeth for $250. Not only this but she then proceeded to keep trying to convince me to buy an item from her. I kept insisting I was only interested in the grillz at the original price she offered but she would not stop. I would steer clear of this store. This owner is extremely unprofessional.

This store owner is beyond unprofessional. I went in to look for a certain piece of jewellery. I couldn’t find the piece I wanted but a sign caught my eye, showing gold and silver grillz starting at $200. When i inquired about them, she instantly backtracked claiming starting at $200 was to attract customers and that they in fact were nowhere near that price. After i told her i was no longer interested she kept asking if i still wanted to buy something, i quickly browsed but didnt see anything i wanted, she was still so set on trying to get money out of me she began to guilt trip me and even mention my significant other. Out of the kindness of my heart i ended up buying a ring from her, but for future reference i would NEVER shop here.
