We used Kari to give the guests at our wedding a safe ride home. Their fares for being at a private event were by far the most reasonable that we heard and the app was easy for our guests. Everything went fantastic! We heard no complaints and were overall very happy with the service. The drivers even came up to us at the end of the night and asked if there was anything else we needed and we really appreciated their kindness and consideration.

I can't recommend this company or the app. As a user and driver, they're among the worst possible service in this country. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Avoid them like the plague, as they're unreliable, dishonest, and have absolutely no customer service. You are unable to contact them via phone because they don't even have a phone number available to use. Further, they're unresponsive via their only contact method, which is email. Stay away from this company. Edit: my response to your reply: Right... Make accusations instead of identifying the problem and offering assistance. "Mid-tantrum" - and "a hit piece". Keep up the fantastic customer support. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I spent 5 days in PEI for business and was a bit nervous of trying the ride-sharing app. I found it to be very user-friendly and economical vs. renting a car. My drivers were all friendly and informative. You can see where your car is coming from and how long it will be. In my 10 or so rides they were occasionally early but never late. You should note the location of your pickup before booking, or give a clarifying remark to the driver as a couple of times the location was a little off. Another thing I noted was that the drivers were all quite complementary of the Kari service. Nobody seemed angry or anxious to complain. It seemed that the business model was a bit more fair to the drivers.

As a non-driver and newcomer to the island, I found Kari to be an invaluable service while getting used to the different shopping hours and locations. All drivers I have had have been very courteous and friendly with clean, well-maintained vehicles. The android version of the Kari app is well thought out and works well; I would argue it is more intuitive than Uber's app and is a bit easier to use. Particularly when it comes to giving drivers a rating and a tip. Please keep up the great service. I definitely plan to use the service in the future.
