During the entire process, from looking at homes through inspection to closing, she displayed a vast amount of wisdom. She clearly knew the lay of the land and consistently offered strong advice to help us land our home. Most importantly, she made the process fluid and easy. This was a busy time in our lives, from moving out of state to dealing with some family issues. Anna understood this and made everything turnkey. Please DO NOT buy a house from this company. They hired the cheapest contractor possible to poorly fix the issues found during the inspection. Even when I addressed the issues with the contractor, he made up some excuse about how it still follows the contract. The "fixes" made the quality of the house worse and now I have to deal with them out of my own pocket instead of the previous owner's. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction or safety.
