Lewis is a very different - and much better - PT than anyone I’ve ever heard of. He is interested in the whole body working together efficiently in all its parts and to this effect he covers stretching, resistance bands, detects and improves muscular imbalances, selective weight training, etc. I have a long history of marathon running and alpine cycling and thought I was fit. But I had back problems. Lewis found muscles I never knew I had and with regular work on these my whole body is now in massively better balance and shape. My deportment is better, I feel better. None of this would have happened without him. Thanks, Lewis.
