Google Maps describes this place as an "old-school lunch counter," and I really can't think of any better way to put it. They have two or three counters to sit at, and you're shoulder-to-shoulder with others enjoying their meals at this little diner. If that's not your thing, you might still consider coming in just for the amazing food at an old-school price, because I have yet to find another place that you can get breakfast for two for less than $20 and leave feeling full. I ordered the southwest omelette plate with hash browns while my mom ordered the egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich which was less than $10. Both plates came out looking full with plenty of eggs and protein to get us ready for our hike later that day. The servers were super nice and attentive, and you really cannot beat the vibe of the place. I've never seen anything like it and you can tell that there's history in the place. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out what they have to offer, with my only regret being that I didn't get a chance to try their pancakes.

We were in the area of the Powell city of books when we were looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch. We ordered the fishwich, reuben and potsto deluxe. The portions were very generous, and the food quality was great, especially considering the price. Service was attentive for the most part but the food was a little slow to come out

​The food was pretty good, and the service attitude was excellent. It’s a very cozy and warm place. The only downside might be that the seating is a bit cramped, but everything else was perfect.

Amazingly cute little coffee shop in Portland at 9th and Davis. Sweet waitress, great food and just a fun place for breakfast. My partner and I stopped in early one Saturday, I ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes with butter and maple syrup. The pancakes are fluffy and the perfect size for breakfast. My partner ordered the Georgie's potatoes without the egg. Hash brown potatoes with onions, spinach, mushrooms, green chilies and tomatoes with toast. He loved the dish. Overall, great food, great service, low prices.
