Sandy was our buyer’s agent 12 years ago and my husband and I love and appreciate her so very much! Our home has been a blessing and we love it!! When my daughter decided to move back to Texas recently there was no question in my mind which Realtor I would call to help her find her new home. Sandy has gone out of her way for years to bring us a sweet holiday related gift for every holiday I can think of, she’s so thoughtful! Sandy worked diligently to find the best house and deal for my daughter. When we decide to sell Sandy will be our listing agent for sure. Had a terrible experience with Mrs. Davis. We changed our mind on buying a house. Instead of being professional and helping us find a different one, she became irate and very rude. Still to this day, she refuses to sign the termination paper to give us our earnest money back. Monica, her manager, is not helping either... beware of buying through this branch of KW.

I have NEVER felt so discriminated against in my entire life. Sandy Brabham carries her racism in her purse & is NOT afraid to show it. Only, when she THOUGHT my realtor would agree with her on a comment/something that is ILLEGAL TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST (probably because my realtor looks like a Caucasian woman, as well) she called her out on her lack of professionalism. Sandy then began to scramble to the listing & revise details, to ATTEMPT covering her lack of truthfulness. Im not sure if that’s how this company operates, but the Houston Realtor Association needs to know about this. She doesn’t uphold the code of ethics vowed to stand behind, which is ALL I was looking for. Article 17 is NOT being honored, NOR are details gathered from my family, represented by Article 8, supposedly pledged to in the IBBA. I feel like Keller Williams Realty is very much WELL AWARE of this, as well. Apologies just aren’t enough. I work VERY hard, & am highly disappointed at this. EDIT 1/18/24: Revisions were made to the listing AFTER I successfully “passed” every stipulation being requested to adhere to for Approval. So while attempting to make excuses, changing POST prospective tenant Approval is NOT common practice. Guidelines are black & white when attempting to rent. You either meet them, or you do NOT. Changing/Revising POST Approval so that the tenant IS NOT approved is pure dishonesty. Thank you.

We worked with Daniele sumbera to make our first time home purchase and it was a pretty you’re on your own experience. We saw her a total of once when she showed us the home. She didn’t come to our closing which then I was like okay this fits the experience we’ve had thus far 😆 but now after speaking with other friends and family and other realtors I realize just how terrible our service really was. We don’t know what we don’t know as new first time home owners. We didn’t know what to ask, and I think as a realtor it’s your job to over explain. Luckily we had a really good lending company and the women there answered all of my questions ( again now I know how inappropriate that was, but I felt I had no one else to ask) Danielle knew we needed a home bc our family was living in an airbnb so it was a gaurentee sell and that’s exactly how we felt. We’ll never get our first time buying experience again but we did learn a lot of lessons so that’s a bonus. We spoke with who referred her to us already and she said how sorry they were and that they longer will be referring her and then it dawned on me. This was as bad as I thought it was 😆
