When in Dubai, look no further than Jumeirah hotels and in particular, Mina Al Salam. This beach-front family of hotels, situated around the Madinat Jumeirah complex is simply the best offering that Dubai has which cater for a wide number of guest profiles. ||We have been loyal Jumeirah guests for a number of years now and really feel welcomed every time we arrive back at our favourite destination. From the staff, greeting us by names on arrival when being taken to the club lounge for dedicated and more private check-in, right through to every member of the entire hotel staff, we always feel extremely at ease. ||Christmas time in Dubai provided a lovely climate, encompassing the best of both worlds; warm days on the beach and pleasant evenings making it comfortable to eat outside at all outlets. We felt the pools were a little cooler than we like but this was only due to the breeze so we preferred to spend our time on the beach on this occasion. ||The hotels are constantly refurbished and all restaurants kept up to date with vast options on the menu. ||We greatly appreciate the way Jumeirah make us feel and believe the hotel is one of the best in the world. Gloria & the guest relation team really are fantastic.||Particular thanks go to the team at the Amal Lounge – Trishna, Leena, Shipu, Moeen to name a few. Your service excels and is perhaps the main reason we enjoy returning to Dubai so often. ||Again, Reja continues to wear the biggest smile in the resort and greeted us daily, ensuring every day of our stay started in a happy, relaxed mood. ||Thank you again to the whole team – we look forward to seeing you soon. ||Dr. Bertie Wyatt

The stay was amazing, very relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleaning staff for their hard work, particularly the lovely woman Sharipa. We have known her for more than a year and we love the work that she does. Our whole family believes that she deserves a raise. Additionally, the worker at the pool bar, Ambia, has been lovely as well. Our family enjoy his service and his kind heart. He is very caring and attentive. I hope you consider this feedback!

I had an amazing stay at Mina A Salam! The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to everything we needed. The service was truly outstanding – every team member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. This hotel is stunning, set in location with beautiful views, a great choice of restaurants, access to river taxis, and just a stones throw away from the beach. Every hotel guest gets free access to the wild wadi water park which was a nice add in. It’s difficult to find fault with this hotel - the only downside being the pillows in the hotel which I didn’t find to be very comfortable. The customer service and room service of all staff was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel.
