We visited two separate times. One time on a Saturday evening at about 5 PM and there was nobody at the building. The doors were completely locked and when we called the dealership they sent someone over who arrived 15 minutes later just to say that they didn’t have the keys. Then they went back to the dealership and arrived another 15 minutes later saying that they couldn’t actually get the keys and couldn’t open for it for us and so we should come back tomorrow. So we did we came back Sunday at about 2 PM. There was one person in there that was extremely inexperienced. Didn’t know much about the Broncos inside. The Broncos specialist had Sunday and Monday off. This is not a detail that we received from the person we met on Saturday , they went to say that you couldn’t actually purchase anything from the store and that the parts department wasn’t here and to come back another day. So two days we went and two days we were unable to do anything at the store really sucks. Don’t waste your time.

Visited twice, both times were not a great experience. As new Sasquatch bronco owners we really were excited to see some accessories in person. The first visit during googles listed hours, the building was locked and no staff could let us in. The second visit the young gentlemen was lacking in even general Bronco knowledge. You are also unable to purchase accessories from that building unless the parts department happens to be open. We were told during the first visit that it would be open the following day. Needless to say a 40 minute trip one way, twice, this was disappointing. It would be great if they staffed the building with knowledgeable staff and also an accessories specialist so you could purchase them anytime the store is open.

We met with Mel at Bronco. Highly recommend you work with him! He knows everything about Bronco and owns one himself. He is patient, walks you through all the details of the vehicle, not pushy and answers every question. Mel, also has great follow up!
