I am beyond stoked to be driving around in my new Tacoma, thanks to Toyota of Bend! I worked with Dennis, primarily. Not only was he super helpful with the process, he was also very entertaining, and made buying a car about as fun as it can be! He surprised me with a big red bow on my truck, and an awesome T-shirt, as a congratulations, which just about made my year. From the start, Derik helped me get my foot in the door, remotely, as it was a new arrival, and there were no pics on the website yet. He very promptly sent me photos he took, himself, after I had called the dealership with interest in the truck. Just a couple days later, I was in the dealership signing papers with Dennis and driving off with the truck the same day! I had encounters with multiple other people In the process, and every single one of them were just the kindest people! As far as a day spent in a car dealership go, I’d say this was one for the books! Thank you Toyota of Bend!
