Our Condo Association recently changed to RGR and we are extremely impressed. Simple things like providing quick responses to communication have been missing in our community. RGR has been great. They acknowledge communications and requests quickly and follow up with scheduling requested work. The property manager has taken taken ownership of the community identifying work that needs doing and working with the Board to prioritize the work. The maintenance staff also does a great job. The maintenance staff doesn’t just do the work in the work order, they take initiative to perform other needed maintenance and look for ways to fix items rather than performing costly replacements. Overall we are extremely impressed and pleased with RGR and strongly recommend them.

RGR Manages the River House where we provide Concierge Services. Within the last year, they have promoted their past property manager, Jon Willis. He was terrific and well deserving of his promotion within the company. Since then, Claudia Napolitano has been a terrific addition. She literally just picked up right where Jon left off and the property is running as smoothly as it ever has. She has taken the time to get to know all staff and residents and is a true professional. The building is lucky to have her running the show! Great hire RGR!

RGR Management is the property manager on the River House in Beacon Hill where I'm currently doing a renovation on one of the units. Claudia has been great to work with. She's been a liaison between us and the tennants and that's help keep everything moving smoothly. Good company, very proactive. Jay PB Builders
