I contacted Tony as my backdoor wouldn't lock/unlock easily and I was afraid the key would eventually snap off. He replied promptly to my enquiry and came around the following day. Tony is a lovely chap and fully explained to me what my door was doing. He fixed the issue and I have had no problems since. Definitely would recommend him and use his services again should the occasion arise.
