A very good service. Arrived in under an hour when our front door lock had failed and we were locked out. Access gained quickly and door left in a working condition. Technician explained what he was doing and why. Very satisfied with his approach and care taken whilst in our property

I highly recommend this company I had the locksmith Leroy help me today. He did an excellent job he was very helpful and explained everything clearly, very professional and a really nice guy. An excellent service from Keytek - can't fault them. Lock on front door jammed on Christmas Eve of all times! I phoned Keytek, who promised to send an engineer as soon as possible, having told me what charges to expect. They turned up when they said they would (less than 2 hours after my phone call), charged what they said they would (without exploiting the fact that it was Christmas Eve, or taking advantage of my desperation!) and replaced the lock quickly and expertly, with a 12-month guarantee. The engineer was courteous and competent, and did another small job for me (repairing a key-safe which had jammed) while he was there. I will certainly use this firm again if the need arises (which I hope it won't!)
