It was very bad experience with Kamal. Extremely Disappointing Experience - Would not recommend. Unprofessional, Disorganized, very huge response/service time, never pickup a call, hardly give appointment after thousand-time follow-ups. I have given two LMIA applications. Both applications went to garbage. Kamal's team was disorganized and unprofessional. They will do any work with huge delay and after so many follow-ups. They even never pick up a call or schedule meeting after damages to your application. First LMIA: My brother needs to go back to living country and need to apply online work permit which caused rejection. Even rejection status I came to know after 5 months with help of local MP as Kamal told us that their team has login issue with IRCC work permit account. Second LMIA: We have given application one year before. We have taken so many follow-ups, and they said "In-Process" status. When I asked snapshot then realized that they even didn't submit my application after year. Its frustrating.
