Buyers beware. Very odd experience here this evening. Purchased boots three weeks ago. Attempted to return them today, unworn. Store manager (Truman?) would not take them back as he claimed they were worn due to discoloration in between tread of sole (top of sole is completely unblemished). I showed manager that new unworn boots in store (pics below) have the SAME discoloration. He refused to engage and walked away. Completely unprofessional behavior, misrepresented the condition of the boot. Will never support this brand again.
