I went to Kiefer Kia expecting to be told sorry we can't work with you. Much to my surprise they were able to get me into a newer vehicle then what I had. With no money down. Definitely a big surprise. My credit is not the greatest. Robert H. the salesman was extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Kiefer Kia.

These people are friendly and helpful with no hidden agenda. They’re just trying to connect you with the right car at the right price and they do so very efficiently. After struggling to find a car for a month I finally ended up at Kiefer Kia where I wound up walking out with 2 cars in under 3 hours! I can’t recommend this experience enough. Neil and Zach were helpful with every spect of the sale from listing great deals on marketplace (that’s what brought me in), giving me the exact deal I had been looking for, listening and understanding what I wanted, helping me with figuring out how I wanted to pay and what to do with the old car. Before we left. Zach and Neil gave us their numbers incase we need anything else and they truly seemed to mean it. I hope I don’t need anything any time soon but if I or someone else needs a car I’ll only recommend Kiefer Kia.

I came in recently for an oil change appointment. That appointment went fine, but during my appointment I was notified that the cabin air filter in my vehicle needed replaced. This was brought to my attention via the video the dealership sends you while they are servicing your vehicle, which was a neat service they provide. At the end of my appointment, I kindly asked if the dealership could change my cabin air filter before I left. The employees working in the service department informed me they could do that while I was there. I asked how long that service would take and I was informed it would take 10 minutes. About 30 minutes after I was informed of this, I went to check on the status of my vehicle. It took another 10-15 minutes for someone to find my vehicle and confirm the status of it. I was informed the reason for the long service time was due to not having a bay open. After this information was conveyed to me, the appointment still took another 10-15 minutes to complete. All in all, this supposed 10 minute service turned into an additional hour service, with no communication from anyone unless I sought it. A prior appointment earlier in the year went better, which is why I am giving the dealership 3 stars, but this appointment was not a good experience. Communication needs to be improved and realistic timeframes for services need to be conveyed more accurately.
