My appointment was several weeks ago but I wanted to be sure to leave a review. From check in with the receptionist to check out, the new patient visit was very good! Hailey got me settled and took the x-rays. Kristina did my cleaning and did a great job putting me at ease. She was very patient with me and let me take breaks as needed. Dr. Miller did a great and thorough job on the exam. I appreciated that she took the her time with me in answering questions. I deal with a somewhat severe hearing loss so going to the dentist makes me apprehensive. All the staff from start to finish were patient and so helpful in communicating with me to take into account those limitations. 5 stars!

We love this office. Always loved our care and sad we have to find somewhere else now. BUT you better check that they didn’t drop your insurance before you go in or they will charge you stupid rates and let you know “it’s the patient’s responsibility to see if we’re in network or not.” Even if you’ve been a patient for years. No heads-up when you walk in the door - “oh, did you see you’re out of network now?” Then also show no remorse for passing along a $650+ bill. Cool. You could’ve at least said sorry.

I have been seeing Emily since October 2023 for my aligners. Let me tell you something, these aligners were supposed to be a one year thing. I wanted it to be a one year thing, until I got to know Emily. I knew we had a bond, so I started wearing my aligners less and less, so that the process would take longer. Come January 2025, I got locked in for ANOTHER YEAR. Another year of seeing Emily. What a grand idea. Now we are approaching the end of my aligners journey and I am CRUSHED. What do I do? Not wear them at all, and hope they move enough to gain me another year? Suck it up, and accept that our friendship is going to fizzle out over time due to lack of appearance? Im truly at a loss. Also, I need to the owners of K&B to know if you EVER fire my Emily, I will leave and follow her. Treat her like the wonderful woman she is.

I just had my first crown today, and from what others told me, I was not looking forward to this to say the least. The dentist and assistant were very professional, and worked so well together that I knew I was being very well cared for. In the end, at this dental clinic, a crown isn’t that bad at all. There is nothing they could improve on!

Kimball and Beecher Family Dentistry is a dental clinic.
