Been to 1 appointment only so far. It was introductory, however, it's going better than any appointment I've had in the last 5 years. Very organized, helps me keep my thoughts organized/structured and I do feel heard. I will actually try to update this review after a few more sessions, but so far I'm so happy I found a therapist that meets my needs!

I have been going here for almost a year and I am beyond happy with my progress and a huge thanks to Dr. Shelby Mathias. She listens and gives thoughtful and helpful feedback. I felt comfortable talking with Dr. Mathias from our very first meeting. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have been seeing Ms. McDanal for approximately 2 years. She is the only doctor to recognize and correctly diagnose my condition. I won't say the others were incompetent, but it is a surprise to finally get a diagnosis after 30 years in and out of therapy that made total sense and made all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place. I felt as if a great burden had been lifted...it was reassuring to finally learn that so many of my odd behaviors were due to my mental disorder and thank God, she finally recognized it so I could get proper care and get my stranger behaviors under control. She was always non-judgemental, compassionate, and I can't thank her enough for catching on to my disorder after all my other doctors had missed it. I highly recommend Ms. McDanal. She's kind, understanding, caring, and an excellent doctor.
