The staff is courteous and prompt, helpful and always cheerful. I never had to wait more than a minute or two when I put my call light on. All the staff is professional and caring. The nurse, Ken, helped to ease my pain with his light hearted stories, while being as helpful as can be. Cindy in wound care is compassionate, kind and gentle. She really listened to me and worked with me. Should I ever have to go back into the hospital, I would gladly select this one.
