I needed a hip replacement at just 46 yrs old, and this clinic helped make my recovery so much easier. Rishita was extremely knowledgeable and I am so grateful for all her help. I am now 4 months post surgery and moving better than ever !

I had a very uncomfortable massage appointment at the Oshawa location while receiving treatment for a concussion. Although the therapist was nice .. The session started late and ended early, and throughout the appointment my therapist spoke nonstop and not about anything related to recovery or my injury . Normally, I don’t mind some conversation, but even when I gave short or minimal responses to signal that I wasn’t interested in continuing the conversation, it persisted. On top of that, because she used her hands so much while talking, she frequently stopped the massage or only worked on one side of my neck while gesturing with the other hand. To make things worse, she repeatedly spit while speaking, and it kept landing on my face, which was the final straw for me. I will not be returning.

Rishita is absolutely amazing. I was so nervous about physio at first but all the tools she gave me has helped me a great deal. Combined with massages from Joan and Angela has been helped with the healing process. Everyone has been so welcoming Thank you team
