He pre-treated, deep cleaned, and deodorized to help with pet stains, all in under 2 hours. The carpet looks better and feels much softer now. It did take longer than the 1 hour he mentioned to dry fully, especially in the areas that were treated for stains, but I was prepared to leave the furniture out of the room until the evening anyway. We moved everything but large furniture and bookcases out ourselves, but he did move the furniture to clean under and behind it. We're very pleased overall!

Trim FamTechnician was super nice and great so that area get a 5star. However, my kids smiled somethinf and I cleaned it up but it had a smell. The carpets still have the smell and there are random hard spots on the carpet all around. Some of my stains didnt come out but that is ok.
