Janet is very professional in postpartum care. She taught me how to do abdominal breathing exercises and when it comes easy for me to do, she will teach another harder version of it to improve my core step by step. I had a lot of questions after giving birth my first baby, she will answer them all and explain to me. The environment is clean and tidy, they have basic equipment helping their patients to do rehabilitative exercises, such as peanut ball, deadlift bar and some weights. The other therapist(David) is super friendly and polite as well. When I met him at JDA Physio, he always smiles and shows positive attitude towards patients. I would definitely recommend this place to get help with your body pain or postpartum issue.
