The CVS Pharmacy Team Nathan & the front staff are absolutely amazing! Thank you for the years of service since 2019 when I relocated to Manhattan, Kansas until relocating from just the beginning of April 2025 I've had excellent service first with Foster now Nathan the head pharmacist. I call in and I receives call backs with all the support and help especially with the traveling I do. Thank you CVS staff getting you checked out and have always been very cooperative. I very much do appreciate their commitment to customer service !! The weekend suck with the shortage around Kansas City in general believe they amazing here! Treat them good! Cause baby Lee Summit Missouri is off the chain! OMG! I love these folks and I'm going miss em! Looks I might be leaving CVS all together as it has bad reviews across Scottsdale, Arizona! NATHAN in Manhattan, Kansas and Foster was previously now in Florida thank you for amazing service to me I appreciate your hard dedication to working with the community. ✌️

Please avoid this pharmacy. I had a surgery this morning, and doc prescribed strong pain killers. The pharmacy opened at 10, my wife went there three times. Its Friday, and they will close for the weekend, and having one hour at hand, it was a traumatic experience to think about spending weekend without pain killers. Finally with some mercy, they gave us the painkiller 10 minutes before the store closed. No contact information, no way to ask for store support. The main office customer care tried, eve they failed to seek support. Can you imagine spending whole day without pain killers? Good news is I don't have to spend the weekend without medicine after painfully surgery, goodness!!

I had a great experience at CVS pharmacy. The staff there were not only friendly but also provided efficient service. It's always a relief to encounter a team that makes the pharmacy visit a smooth and pleasant one. I appreciate their helpfulness and professionalism. You are running your staff into the ground and that not safe and detrimental to your staff. First of all, pay you staff premium to get the best pharmacist and pharmaceutical staff to wait on customers. Closing on Saturday or for that matter Sunday is not helpful for customers who can only get to the CVS on weekends. There is simply no excuse for how your treating you staff, and it rubs off onto customers. After the first of the year, I will be going to a local pharmacist who I can trust. FIX IT!!!
