Atmosphere dark and dank. Restrooms the same. I was not paying for the meal, but would not recommend. Lived in the East Bay all my life and have dined on Solano Ave for years. There was a reason why I have never dined here and will not in the future.

The ma-por was probably the best dish. I'm guessing they were well executed but I was just hoping for more flavor. Overall a good Chinese cuisine experience. Cool to have the Northern Chinese focus.
