Went for a relaxation massage and a pedicure today. I had the pleasure of having Jadyn. My husband had a hot stone relaxation massage and a sports pedicure. This was our first visit here. Every aspect was perfect. Everything was explained so we knew what to expect. What a great atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that we have already rebooked for November.

I've been going to Kita Beauty Lounge for a while and am impressed by how welcoming and professional the space felt. The atmosphere is calming, clean, and beautifully set up. They took the time to explain everything, listened to my concerns, and didn’t pressure me into anything. It’s clear they truly care about their clients and take pride in what they do. I just had my third Botox appointment with Kailey, and she is truly incredible. I tend to get very faint around needles (especially near my eyes), and while I’ve never had an issue with Botox before, at my most recent appointment I suddenly felt unwell. Kailey was so calm, caring, and attentive—she immediately made sure I was comfortable, brought me juice and chocolate, and even stayed with me for about 20 minutes afterward to make sure I was okay. She went above and beyond by ensuring I had a safe ride home. Beyond her kindness and genuine care, Kailey is also an amazing injector. My Botox always turns out perfectly, and I really appreciate her honesty when discussing what will work best (and what won’t). She’s clearly passionate about her work and dedicated to continuous learning, regularly attending conferences to stay at the top of her field. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her craft, and it truly shows. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
