I’m so relaxed I can barely type this review. WOW. I booked the fall promo and it was, hands down, the most wonderful, relaxing experience I’ve had in years. Facial, back massage, scrub, hot oil scalp massage and feet and hands. 10/10 recommend 👍

Honestly I was so excited for a deep tissue massage. I can’t remember the girls name that did the massage but I was waiting the entire time for the actual massaging to begin.. she never once worked her fingers in or touched on any of my knots and tightness. It was so soft and she basically used her palms and forearms on me and that’s it. It was a full body so I expected her to work my hips and get in there.. not at all. I was too embarrassed to say anything to her because it was clear what I wanted and I think she deliberately gave me the massage that she did. The one okay thing was when she rubbed my head, but also didn’t ask if I wanted that considering she had oil all over her hands and I honestly would have passed if I had the choice. I didn't feel any relief from that massage. I’m so disappointed considering it cost 160$ in the end with tip which yes I did tip because I also know that they count on the tip money but yeah I should have spoken up. Also when I got there they asked me if i signed all the paper work and I actually didn’t receive it via email. So they tried to email me again and again and it never came through. The front desk girl claimed she had the right email but I never got it so she printed one off for me that was actually already filled out by someone else with all their information. So that was pretty unprofessional. And then at the end she said she would email me the receipt, which I also obviously never got. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. What a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
