I have had the best experiences with Sutherland-Chan for massage therapy! There have been several times when I have called asking if there were any same day or next day openings, and the receptionist has never sounded annoyed at the request like I have experienced at some other places. They fit me in whenever they can, or they put me on a cancelation list if they are full. The receptionists are lovely, accommodating and polite. Biju is a fantastic massage therapist. He is both professional and friendly, and he does excellent work. He checks in frequently (but not too frequently) to make sure that everything is comfortable and that the pressure is okay. He provides suggestions for stretches and practices after the treatment, and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic and Biju!
