I have tried to contact them multiple times, but nothing. The salesperson's name is Maggie, and the manager's name is Dani, which I requested a callback, and, yes, nothing! What a dumb way to get a bad review.

We called consistently to request a delivery ETA, tracking, etc and they ghosted up constantly. Almost 3 weeks later we get notified that the order was never placed!
