My first time ever going into a real dispensary and had THE best experience ever! I worked with Katelyn (sorry if its spelled wrong girl!), and she was absolutely amazing! I'm not a technical term person when it comes to "gardening", so I'm never sure of what I'm using or smoking, it's all always been the same to me lol. But today I feel like I went to headshop school and am so thankful for it! Signed up for the elite membership as well $35 A YEAR is a friggin steal for any kind of membership so how could I say no! She even honored the birthday boxes for me as they were out of stock for the next time I come in! I got so many awesome things today and felt so comfortable and confident when I walked out. I cant wait to go back next month!
This has been my go to place for cannabis for a while now. After last night, I'm going to be shopping at a different location. 7-ish pm. Arrived and was greeted by female (with septum ring) checking ID was friendly, shes always a pleasure. The issue was the male employee the moment I walked in the store area .... Immediately hit with a strong pungent body odor and curry smell. Then, when I tried to tell him I knew what I wanted, he did not listen, continued talking and then kept talking over me when I would try to say what I was wanting to get. At this point I just pointed to what I wanted in the display case. While paying for the item, I felt nauseated like I was going to throw up from the smell of this male employee. I genuinely felt bad that the other employees had to work with this odor consistently lingering.
Twice now I’ve been given the wrong item, even after clearly specifying what I needed. It’s as if this is being done intentionally at this point. If you can’t get a basic order right, why should anyone trust you with their money? Sloppy and careless service. EDIT: I need to clarify your reply because it’s not accurate. At no point did I ever open or consume cannabis inside your store, that suggestion is completely false and irrelevant to my concern. On my first visit, I specifically asked for pre-rolls but was given carts. On my second visit, I again asked for pre-rolls and was instead given a dispenser. These are not minor mistakes, they’re entirely different products from what I requested. This isn’t about me changing my order after checkout, it’s about your staff repeatedly providing the wrong items despite clear instructions. I’m happy to resolve issues privately, but please don’t misrepresent what happened or imply misconduct on my part.
Hands down the best Canna Cabana in town! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great shopping experience. The store is consistently spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time you walk in. Plus, they’re always bringing in fresh products and restocking quickly, so there’s always something new to check out. Highly recommend this location!
