We just used their, self dog wash, today and it was great! We have a large male pom, about 25-30lbs. Which is small enough to do at home but then our backs pay the price. The set up is really nice. They have two private rooms to the right after you walk in the front door labeled, "Self-wash". The privacy is nice, so no one else gets to see you take a spray of water to the face, while attempting to groom your dog. And the staff is really nice and helpful. And all for the low price of $20. The reason I didn't give 5 out of 5 is, I would've liked to see a little more variety in their grooming tools. Other than that, it was great, we will definitely use again!!

Our dogs love it there. They sleep like happy babies after each visit. Nice and convenient to be able to pickup or drop off anytime.

I couldn't be happier with Must Love Paws! From the moment we walk in, my pup's tail starts wagging like crazy—it's clear that he absolutely loves it here. The staff is beyond amazing, treating every dog with so much love and care. I know my boy is safe, happy, and having a blast. The facility is always spotless, and the play areas are fantastic for burning off energy and socializing with other dogs. I especially appreciate the personalized attention and fun updates I get at the end of the day , giving me peace of mind while I'm away. It's rare to find a place that truly feels like a second home for your dog, but Must Love Paws delivers in every way. Highly recommend!

I’ve had my dog stay here for once a month for about a year now. Recently he had a long term stay they totaled up to close to $600. For that amount of money you would expect they show care and love for your dog as their own. You would be wrong, I got my dog back smelling like pee and covered in bruises and scrapes. Not only that but I sent him in at his ideal weight and with enough food to last 3 maybe even 4 weeks. Let’s be real dog food is not cheap if you’re getting good stuff. He came back with maybe two days worth…..I was told another dog jumped the fence, ripped the bag and ate some of the food. For one, why was the food in an area where another dog could jump and get it? Two, now that I’m out money for this lost food because “another dog ate it” is there some compensation for this carelessness? Nope, they said they can’t do that, my dog came back 5-10 pounds lighter, as if he was missing some meals. Regardless of what happened they didn’t do things to make it right nor did they inform me until I came and picked him up. To a loyal paying customer of a year this is how you treat not only the dogs but your patrons? Needless to say I will never be bring my dog here again as they lost a customer today due to their careless nature and wrong business practices. For anyone looking for a place to take your pet, I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Save yourself the money and the worry, there other places in Corvallis, Albany or even rover that will give you better service.
