This is the worse company that I have ever had to deal with, I have been trying to get the manager of this dreadful company to give me a call back, I left several messages with staff and no call back, so I decided to send an email to which I got a response saying the manager would give me a call back, but that call back never came.....it all started when I contacted KLC regarding getting prices to ship 1 large barrel and 1 box that measured 24x21x49 after speaking to 3 individuals i was quoted 160.00 for the box so I decided to schedule a pick up date, when the driver and his side kick arrived and measured the box it measured the same as what I had given to them, but they charged me 185.00 I immediately call the office to complain (Saturday) but was told I had to call back on Monday when the office was opened. As of to date Jan 31 2025, I have never received a call back, surface to say I am not holding my breath, I will never ever ship with this company again. Please please people there are better companies out there DO NOT SHIP WITH KLC because obviously they don't care about their clients. .

When to ship off my barrel today to my family. I packed at the warehouse and was assisted by a gentleman named Troy. Very pleasant very professional provided me all information and pricing even that Barrell’s can be bought right there. Impressive interaction. A definite positive. Big up yourself Troy job well done.

I give them no stars at all , why was my barrels received and there was missing items in both. I am not the only person other people have proof of the same thing happening to them. My mom and myself packed two barrels filled with groceries and other goods . My mom came to Canada to make two grocery barrels with other goods in them as well. My mom and myself personally packed these two barrels and placed zip ties on them like we usually would. Therefore we knew exactly how the barrel were packed, meaning it was so packed to the point I had to put my body weight on the top in order to close the barrel , my mom went back to Saint Lucia to collect her barrels and upon opening the barrels there was gaps and missing groceries that she knew she put there because she personally packed her barrels. You people are stealing items from barrels upon collection or at the warehouse. And apparently I am not the only one I am just finding this out. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. STOP STEALING , people working hard for their money to send down their barrels after things hard already. It hard everywhere. Please be advised upon shipping your barrels and boxes ensure to seal them up yourself and don’t leave it to the shipping company ( the shipping company ask that you don’t seal the barrel they would seal it ) . STOP STEALING.
