Great trainers! These guys are so knowledgeable and can easily modify any exercise needed at the drop of a dime. There is no rushing and they really take the time with you. The positive energy and uplifting motivation you receive is far more important than what I have experienced at gyms before. Way better than your "big box store gyms" a far more personal experience, you can definitely tell that they love what they do! The gym is very clean and the staff very friendly. I will definitely return! I have finally found a place that I know wi keep me motivated!
This is a fantastic gym located in Port Credit. The trainers are punctual, friendly and accommodating. I've worked out with other personal trainers and never gotten these results. Within 15 sessions with Stephanie I've already seen results. I'm much stronger now. If you are looking to strengthen your muscles and endurance you must work out here.
I'm Ssoooo Grateful I found Fitness Society 🙏 Azel and Stephanie are such awesome individuals 👏 they are both very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Azel is helping with my lower back pain and since I started it has improved drastically. They make it fun and find ways to help my body function better in my daily life. I recommend this place 100 percent for better overall performance. It's really great to have privacy when training and make you feel safe in every aspect.
I've taken many exercise classes and never had a personal trainer explain each move so clearly as Steph and Faisal. Both are super knowledgeable and attentive and can help you target specific areas or work around injuries with modifications. Their focus on teaching really allows you to build noticeable strength with each lesson, no matter what level you're at. I find the lessons challenging but also relaxing and fun!" I feel confident that the exercises are okay for me to do, even with Arthritis, Osteo-arthritis, Fibromyalgia and pelvic health issues
